In 2016, seated around a table, a group of four enthusiastic youngsters conceptualized a job platform based on an Uber-like model. After successfully fulfilling an executive search from Ukraine for our Indian client, we established a staffing firm GETINZ which turned out to be a new chapter in our lives and later in that of our valued job seekers in the years to follow. It didn’t take much time for us to fathom the massive potential and market value of leadership hiring which in a very organic manner led us to decide on anchoring our focus on the recruitment industry.

It was a time when technology was proving to be highly instrumental in facilitating the growth and efficacy in various businesses, big and small; challenging the companies to recruit the right talent that could handle the combination of core business and technology with equal expertise. Financial technology was at the cusp of its pivotal growth. With our dedicated focus on the realms of finance and technology that reflected our strength in sector-centric recruitment, it took us only 18 months to scale up from the four-seater table to a 100-square-foot office. The next milestone in our journey happened in that year itself when we upscaled our workspace to a better facility in a prime spot on OMR, Chennai. This crucial move facilitated our role as a recruitment service provider in major SaaS and financial technology companies.

COVID-19 pandemic brought with it new challenges and possibilities. We chose to explore the hitherto uncharted territories by opening larger offices in tier-2 cities with the objective of maximizing the potential of recruiting women workforce and expanding their horizon.

The past eight years have seen us dishing out the best of available services across multiple segments to over 100+ clients and with that kind of experience in our kitty, now we are equipped to launch a brand new service that focuses solely on end-to-end finance and technology hiring.

Our experience in this industry has taught us that there’s high potential in fintech recruitment as there’s always a mismatch in demand and supply owing to the sudden and extensive growth of this sector worldwide. As 2024 comes to an end, we are about to turn a new leaf in our journey with the launch of  BUILDXFIN, our exclusive Fintech recruitment company. This will not only boost and elevate the versatility of our services to the existing clients but also enable us as a business entity to spread our wings to newer possibilities in the APAC, US, and MENA markets.
